Place your Obligation Free order through this website. We will then prepare a quotation for you to review, this quotation will contain, shipping and handling, product cost and stock availability

Custom Orders

Custom orders must be paid in full in advance and are non refundable or exchangeable.


Methods of Payment
Preferred method of payment is Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer), other options available are Visa, Master Card. If using Direct Deposit please use your invoice number as a reference and if possible email us the bank remittance as proof of payment.


Our Commitment to Ship Quickly
Once your funds have cleared with SBR Off Road, it is our policy to ship your items to you as quickly and economically as possible. We try to ship all in stock orders within 2 business days of funds being received. If your order is going to take longer than that (Out of stock), we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. While we try our best to adhere to these policies, as a small shop, variances may occur, in which case we apologize but accept no liability.


Toll Ipec deliver during business hours only, if shipping to a residential address and no one will be home during business hours you will need to provide us with an authority to leave at your address or a business address  before we ship your order. Redirection/Redelivery is not available once your order has shipped you will have to collect from the Toll Depot.


Our Choice of Shipper or Carrier

Depending on the size and weight of the product, SBR Off Road may, at its discretion, opt to use Toll Ipec or any other parcel shipper or freight company. We maintain this flexibility of choosing shippers due to the great price variances from shipper to shipper, for packages of specific size, weight, etc. (Unless the customer wishes to organise their own freight) If such is the case SBR Off Road will offer assistance, a small handling fee may be applicable. Whenever possible, you will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment via email. Estimated delivery time (EST) is exactly that and it not guaranteed by any freight company or SBR Off Road. 

In store pick up during our regular business hours.


Missing Items, Incorrect Quantities or Damaged Goods
Please check the contents of your packages immediately upon delivery, and contact SBR Off Road within 3 business days to report any missing items, incorrect items, incorrect quantities or damaged goods. USED products cannot be returned under any circumstances, please note products are designed to fit American vehicles and may not fit correctly on Australian models, products must be inspected  prior to installation to ensure correct fit, SBR Off Road does not accept liability for items not fitting correctly.


Refund/Exchange Policy Damaged/Faulty Goods
SBR Offroad will exchange or repair goods received in a faulty or damaged condition please notify us within 3 business days of receiving goods. Goods will be exchanged with goods to the same value and description as originally supplied. Proof of  damage and  proof of purchase must be supplied. In the event that SBR offroad cannot exchange or repair these goods in a reasonable time we will offer a full refund upon return of the goods.


Refund/Return/Exchange Policy On Undamaged Goods
SBR Off Road as under Australian Consumer Law will NOT accept returns if, you cannot provide proof of purchase, the product is not needed or you have simply changed your mind. SBR Off Road will only accept returns under the following conditions; item not as described on our website or under special circumstances as agreed upon by SBR Off Road, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. A full refund or exchange less any restocking fee will be issued, provided the item is returned to SBR Off Road within 7 business days. This is conditional on that, the product is returned in an "as new" condition, in its original undamaged packaging, and unopened if sealed by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refund amounts will be based on the currently listed price on our website, or the invoice - whichever is lesser. Special/Custom order and Clearance items are none returnable.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product back to SBR Off Road. Customers must ship the item back to SBR Off Road using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer bears all cost of shipping charges and all risk of loss in transit to SBR Off Road. The customer agrees that the returned product will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will be complete with original packaging, manuals, etc. If any of the listed requirements are not fulfilled, SBR Off Road reserves the right to reject the refund.


Order Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Orders - Custom orders must be paid in full in advance and are non refundable or exchangeable.

2. Order Deposits - Once a deposit has been paid you have entered into a contract to purchase these item(s) and the order can’t be cancelled. 

3. Exemption 

An exemption will apply to the above clause (2.) if SBR Offroad can’t deliver within a reasonable time frame as agreed upon at time of purchase, generally a maximum of one month past the advised arrival time of the container. This does not apply to custom orders which are non refundable.

An exemption may apply to the above clause (2.) in some instances where SBR Offroad is in agreement an order can be cancelled a 15% cancellation fee will apply to the full value of the order. This does not apply to custom orders which are non refundable.


Offroad Use Only

All products sold or manufactured by SBR Off Road Pty Ltd are for offroad use only SBR Off Road Pty Ltd makes no claim that products are either legal or insurable for public roads, it is the purchases responsibility to ensure compliance with their relevant insurer and local regulatory bodies. An Engineers certificate may be required.


Warranties
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. SBR Off Road can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. SBR Off Road is not liable for any labour, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products. In the event of a warranty claim should the goods need to be returned to SBR Offroad all freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. To make a claim your proof of purchase (your original invoice) will need to be supplied.
